The training organized by Education for Democracy Foundation as part of the “Region in Transition” (RITA) Program is addressed to representatives (staff and volunteers) of Polish NGOs involved or planning to get involved in international cooperation on a partnership project with a partner in one of the countries covered by the “RITA” Program, i.e. Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
The training is on international project planning, preparation and implementation and is addressed to people with a little or no experience in that area. The participants will work on certain projects ideas for initiatives implemented together with partners from one of the above-mentioned countries; therefore we invite first of all those Polish organizations that have already established cooperation with its partnership organization in the East and have an initial idea of their joint project. Applications submitted by organizations planning to work on a project enhancing democracy, development, or sharing experiences in transition will be preferred.
Each applying organization shall indicate two participants – people involved in planning and implementing its project to be implemented in the East. Due to special nature of the training it is necessary that the training is participated is by two representatives of each organization (the indicated persons can not be replaced by others during the training).
We provide accommodation (in double bed rooms), food, and training aids; the participants cover only the travel costs to/from the training venue.
The training will be held in Warsaw on March 8-10, 2019. The classes start on Friday at 12:00 hrs., and are planned to close on Sunday, at 14:00 hrs. The participants must take part in the entire training. The persons qualified for the training will receive detailed information on all organizational issues.
The representatives of organizations interested in participation in the training shall fill in the application form together and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org by February 10, 2019.

The results of the training recruitment procedure will be posted on www.fed.org.pl By February 18, 2019. The qualified applicants shall receive confirmation by email.
