The School with Class Foundation has launched the 21st round of School with Class program! Teachers with 5their students of elementary and high schools are invited to take part in the year-long educational initiative. Applications will be accepted by September 30.
The objective of the program is to build positive and inspiring environment at school where each student can develop communication and cooperation skills and enhance their sense of empowerment. The result of activities carried out over the whole school year is strengthening the relations between students and teachers and stronger sense of belonging to the school community.
Under the program, innovative methods of working are being introduced, such as peer tutoring, design thinking, public speaking and agile. These tools will help to create more involving and more effective lessons and develop skills critical in today’s world. The program participants will be supported by experienced teachers acting as moderators.
What does the program offer?
- Online training sessions and other events supporting the work carried out under the program,
- Free educational or teaching aids,
- Thematic webinars and expert’s consultation,
- Permanent contact with the moderator and regular online meetings for those who are willing to participate in them,
- Sharing experiences and mutual inspiring by the teachers,
- Support in organizing the School with Class festival at the school level,
- The School with Class certificate and title for the school where three teachers have completed the program,
- The diploma for the teacher that has completed the program,
- Simple reporting.

- You will learn tools and working methods used in areas other than education and you will learn how to use them in your work with students,
- You will discover how to use design thinking, peer tutoring, and agile in implementation the core curriculum,
- You will know how to use suggested methods to develop wellbeing at your school,
- You will learn how to plan school events effectively and how to present the work results.
The “School with Class” is a national initiative that has been run since 2002 under the “Learning Schools” program. The objective of that initiative is to improve the quality of Polish education through modern organization and effective teaching methods. So far 9,500 schools and 150,000 teachers have participated in that initiative.
Teams composed of minimum two teachers are invited to take part. The application to the program shall be submitted by the school director. The applications are accepted till September 30. The results will be announced by October 2.
