Recruitment to the “PAFF Leaders” program is open until February 26, 2026. We invite active locally and responsible for bringing about real change in their community leaders from all over Poland.
The program supports individuals who lead initiatives, teams, and organizations and now want to act more consciously and effectively, strengthen cooperation, and better prepare themselves to bring about change in their community. It is a 12-month, free development program, created jointly by Polish-American Freedom Foundation and the Zbigniew Pełczyński School for Leaders.
“The Polish-American Freedom Foundation’s Leaders program is a collaboration between a leader and a tutor, and a series of training sessions tailored to the needs and priorities of its participants, consisting of planning one’s own development, team building, managing an organization, communication, engaging the community, and building local partnerships. It is a place for people who want to effectively support their communities in challenging times,” says Radosław Jasiński, Program Director of Polish-American Freedom Foundation.
Participants take part in individual work with a tutor, training sessions, workshops, and study visits, among other activities. After completing the program, they join a nationwide alumni network of over 900 people.
People who are invited to participate in the program are those who:
- have at least two years of experience in social, local government, civic, or activist activities,
- play leadership roles in teams, organizations, or initiatives,
- are responsible for introducing significant changes in their communities,
- operate primarily in small towns (up to 20,000 inhabitants) or implement projects financed by PAFF.
Applications are accepted via the form available at: programliderski.pl. The second stage will consist of online interviews. From among the applications submitted, a committee of experts will select 40 people to participate in the program.
