Representatives of coalitions running projects under the 7th round of the “PAFF Local Partnerships” Program attended the online workshops on January 13 and 14, 2022. The objective of the workshops was to assess the effects and consider prospects of development of their hitherto activities.
Cooperation in partnership projects implemented under the 7th round of the “PAFF Local Partnerships” Program has led to numerous positive changes in local communities where these partnerships are operating. Such institutions as Płużnice Sharing Outlet, the Center for Local Integration – Orneta Idea Finder and the Granary of Secrets at Czernica were created. Residents of Dragacz commune have learned traditions of Kociewie region, a virtual map with stories about unusual places and individuals was created at Janowice Wielkie, and a street art festival was held in Lądek-Zdrój.
The representatives of partnerships were invited to participate in the workshops to consolidate their activities and enhance the established coalitions. The event was held online and was conducted by Zuzanna Komornicka of Śnieżnik Massif Local Fund, a coach and lecturer specialized in marketing communication.
The meeting was attended by representatives of five partnerships and eight start-ups which in 2020/2021 started their activities for the common good in their local communities. They were divided into three workshop groups which allowed everybody take active part in the meeting.
The workshops focused on experiences in building project sustainability and enhancing relations with recipients. The participants discussed about resources available for local coalitions. They had also an opportunity to discuss the ways of communicating the effects of implemented initiatives and develop concepts of enhancing sustainability of partnerships as well as new initiatives that serve local communities.
The workshop participants declared that the meeting motivated them to further work while relations and contacts which they set up opened for them new opportunities of development.
