“Thanks to ‘Equal Opportunities’ I have strength and skills to go forward with courage,” Małgorzata, a participant of the project implemented as part of the “Equal Opportunities” Program in Bukowiec, Lubuskie province says. The recruitment to the 2016 edition of the program has just started and will last by October 25.

The “School with Class” initiative invites to its fifteenth, jubilee edition aimed to enhance image of school not only as an institution preparing to professional life but also a place where everybody can contribute to the processes of teaching/learning, communication and relations. Recruitment to this edition starts at the end of August.

The fourth edition of Warsaw Euro-Atlantic Summer Academy (WEASA), an academy established by the Polish-American Freedom Foundation in cooperation with College of Europe Natolin Campus and the German Marshall Fund of the United States , took place on July 4-15, 2016. The special guest at the this-year Academy was Madeleine Albright, former US Secretary of State.

16th edition of the Kirkland Program completed

The closing ceremony of the 16th Lane Kirkland Scholarships Program took place on 29 June in the Ballroom of the Tyszkiewicz Palace of the University of Warsaw. Diplomas were awarded to 45 scholarship holders who joined the almost 700-strong group of all Kirkland Program alumni to date. Dr Paweł Kowal, former Secretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Member of the seventh-term European Parliament, participated in the meeting as special guest.
