The offer addressed to English teachers working in small towns and villages. The webinars are open for all and held regularly on Tuesdays at 6 p.m. They are organized in response to educational needs of teachers at the time of pandemic.

Offer of the e-learning training on NGO digital transformation. The training consists of 10 specialized courses and 3 mini courses (experts’ presentations, tutorials, , case studies, interactive teaching aids, etc.).
A possibility to obtain own contribution or co-financing for implementation of a large initiative for which a grant was obtained from other sources – public, private, Polish or foreign - for implementation of essential part of planned activities. The projects have to be concordant with objectives and scope of the “RITA” program as regards their geographic area of implementation and subject matter.
A possibility to fund visits by Polish NGO representatives to the countries covered by RITA program, that is Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kirgizstan, Moldova, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. The purpose of such visit may be consulting a project application or fostering cooperation with a partner organization in one of those countries.
The offer is addressed to representatives of local governments, central governments, central state institutions, non-governmental organizations, media, educational sector, and other groups of professionals from countries of Eastern Europe, Southern Caucasus and Central Asia. The visits serve sharing Polish experience in political transformation and European integration. They are carried out in cooperation with Polish NGOs, and central and local governments.
It offers the program alumni a possibility to participate in regular online events supporting their professional development in the area of innovative methods and strategy of teaching, developing sense of empowerment and responsibility in students and caring for good relationships at school.
Meetings for school principals and teachers on how to organize school work in the face of challenges arising from external conditions such as a pandemic, war in Ukraine. Participants have access to current information and expert analyses, exchange experience and good practices.
For primary and secondary school teachers who want to develop their teaching skills and educational competences. The aim is to present teaching and upbringing methods used at the PAFF and UW School of Education.
Paid workshops for teachers of every subject at each level of education, carried out in groups of up to 30 persons by experienced tutors. They are adjusted to the needs of a given educational institution. Participants who have completed the course receive materials for further work on the subject.
