The goal is to present the teaching and educational methods used at the School of Education at PAFW and UW. The sessions are conducted both online and in-person at schools and teacher training centers. This is a paid offer.

Participants gain knowledge on school organization in response to external conditions, engaging students, educational innovations, and building relationships between the management, teachers, students, and parents. The webinars provide access to up-to-date information, disseminate expert knowledge, and facilitate the exchange of experiences.
A possibility to obtain own contribution or co-financing for implementation of a large initiative for which a grant was obtained from other sources – public, private, Polish or foreign - for implementation of essential part of planned activities. The projects have to be concordant with objectives and scope of the “RITA” program as regards their geographic area of implementation and subject matter.
The training for NGOs on digital transformation consists of 10 specialized courses and 3 mini courses (experts’ presentations, tutorials, case studies, interactive teaching aids, etc.).
A possibility to fund visits by Polish NGO representatives to the countries covered by the "RITA" program, that is Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. The purpose of such visit may be consulting a project application or fostering cooperation with a partner organization in one of those countries.
An innovative teaching method developed by the Canadian mathematics education expert, Prof. Peter Liljedahl. It involves introducing small changes in the way lessons are conducted that stimulate students' activity and creativity. Educators from the School of Education conduct workshops introducing this method both in mathematics classes and in other subjects, such as Polish language or biology. This is a paid offer.
Support-supervision meetings for individuals involved in school psychological and pedagogical counseling. The goal is to analyze current issues and the most common challenges faced by school psychologists and educators. The cycle consists of 4 in-person meetings. This is a paid offer.

Eligible to apply for grants of up to PLN 12,000 for six-month projects aimed at levelling the opportunities of young people coming from rural areas and small towns for a good start into adult life are NGOs, libraries, culture centers and informal groups of residents of villages and towns of up to 20,000 residents.
