The training offer is aimed at teachers who want to moderate dialogue on migration, identity, and diversity at school. Teachers learn how to implement educational projects together with their students. With materials and support from mentors, participants are familiar with practical teaching methods.

A course addressed to directors and vice directors of all kinds of schools at every level. They last 3 semesters and comprise 8 congresses, an Internet course and online meetings in a small seminars group. They are run in cooperation with Collegium Civitas, Warsaw.

The school directors learn how to introduce the change geared to improve effects of learning and teaching. The course includes conferences and meetings for school directors, workshop sessions for school staff, as well as on-line courses and workshops for selected teachers.

The “LES” Club is an offer for schools at every level of education and of every type that have completed the main “LES” program path, i.e. the School Comprehensive Development at basic and advanced levels, and on the basis of formative assessment want to sustain and deepen the change of their school. Schools which joined the “LES” Club implement on their own a selected task in the area of improving teaching/learning using the formative assessment strategies and good practices in the area of teachers cooperation; they also extend their cooperation with other schools to share experiences with them.
