The “LES” Club is an offer for schools at every level of education and of every type that have completed the main “LES” program path, i.e. the School Comprehensive Development at basic and advanced levels, and want to sustain and deepen the change of their school. Schools undertake self-selected challenges to improve learning and teaching by using formative assessment strategies and teacher collaboration practices. They also develop cooperation with other schools aimed at mutual learning.

It is a comprehensive school development program that supports teachers and principals in developing empowerment and mental/emotional resilience among children and youth. The program offers online training, workshops and coaching. From each school, teachers and the school head can take part.
Each year, 8 e-learning courses are conducted. The classes are practical in nature – participants learn teaching and assessment methods and techniques and apply them in real-time with students. Each participant is provided with a mentor who offers advice and experience. The course participants continuously share opinions and experiences with each other. The courses take place on a specially designed online platform, which is user-friendly and easy to navigate.

During the online course, they learn how to carry out educational projects together with students. Thanks to materials and mentor support, course participants learn practical teaching methods.
