      The two-year course for school principals and vice principals. During the course of studies the principals create the space for a quality change at their school: with support from the instructors they plan and implement new rules of teacher and student work. These rules will be based on the methods proved effective and implemented in cooperation with the staff of their schools. The course shall start in October 2020, and end in February 2022.

      The all-Poland initiative addressed to staff of all types of schools and at each level of education promoting ICT usage in learning and teaching, which is a comprehensive development program supporting teachers and school directors in professionalization of their work, as well as appreciation and promotion of unique school activities. The Action shall be participated by teams of at least four people, including the school director, a coordinator (selected from among the teaching staff) and two teachers or a teacher and another school employee (a pedagogue, a psychologist, a librarian, etc.).

      The nation-wide program that inspires coaches and charges to take unconventional actions for the good of their communities, and at the same time learn to work with the project method. The program shall include six introductory training sessions for youth group coaches to be held in Gdansk, Katowice, Kraków, Poznań and two times in Warsaw, and lead to preparing an extensive thematic publication.

      “LES” Club is an offer for schools at every level of education and of every type that have completed the main “LES” Program path, i.e. the School Comprehensive Development at basic and advanced levels, and on the basis of formative assessment want to sustain and deepen the change of their school. Schools which joined the “LES” Club implement on their own a selected task in the area of improving teaching/learning using the formative assessment strategies and good practices in the area of teachers cooperation; they also extend their cooperation with other schools to share experiences with them.
