The offer for schools wanting to improve their work quality in the area of student self- governance. The schools receive a certificate confirming that the teachers there support student’s self-governance and grassroots activities.
Grants for non-governmental organizations and their partners from Eastern Europe, South Caucasus and Central Asia countries, which have implemented at least 3 projects co-financed in open grant competitions of the RITA program in the last 5 years. Funding may be received for projects that would be a substantive continuation of an earlier project implemented under the “RITA” program in a given country/countries and consist in increasing the impact and durability of results.
The all-Poland initiative addressed to staff of all types of schools and at each level of education, promoting a model of an open, modern learning environment, where relationships are based on respect and trust. It is a comprehensive school development program that supports teachers and principals in developing empowerment and mental/emotional resilience among children and youth. The program offers online training, workshops and coaching. From each school, teachers and the school head can take part.
Each year, 8 e-learning courses are conducted. The classes are practical in nature – participants learn teaching and assessment methods and techniques and apply them in real-time with students. Each participant is provided with a mentor who offers advice and experience. The course participants continuously share opinions and experiences with each other. The courses take place on a specially designed online platform, which is user-friendly and easy to navigate.
The event is aimed primarily at those who work directly with young people, as well as those whose interests and professional activities are related to this topic. Through presentations and discussions with distinguished guests, we will reflect together on how to support young people in developing a sense of control over their own lives and their environment.
