The groups of two student volunteers carry out on-site projects for 4-8 grade students from towns of up to 20,000 inhabitants during the summer vacation. Students are reimbursed for educational materials and travel expenses.
Study grants for 2nd year of studies are a form of support for holders of the Bridge Scholarships Program scholarships for the 1st year of studies who perform very well in their first year. The competition winners can receive the grant of PLN 10,000, paid in 10 monthly installments of PLN 1,000 each.
Eligible to participate in the competition are female librarians working for public libraries. The objective is to support their personal development and recognize the role played by libraries – and women employed there – in stimulating local community aspirations and development.

The program supports local leaders who want to gain knowledge and competencies in conducting actions aimed at protecting the natural environment in their local communities, and also effectively obtaining EU funds for implementation of their initiatives.
Workshops for representatives of new non-governmental organizations qualified for participation in the Bridge Scholarships Program. The objective of the workshops is to share knowledge and skills in developing and carrying out scholarship programs. They include also elements of communication, fundraising, building local coalition, and the Bridge Scholarships Program procedure.
Date: June 27-28. National conference for directors of schools taking part in the Learning Schools program, who meet to discuss solutions helping to improve teaching quality and better organization of the school work. The key element of the meeting is sharing of experience and good practices.
