Each round is held for 10 TAUs whose representatives take part in the workshop sessions and benefit from support of tutors and animators who help them to establish volunteer sections and carry out social actions. They can also receive grants of up to PLN 4,500 for carrying out first tasks by such section.

Each round is held for 10 TAUs whose representatives take part in the workshop sessions and benefit from support of tutors and animators who help them to establish volunteer sections and carry out social actions. They can also receive grants of up to PLN 4,500 for carrying out first tasks by such section.
The offer for elementary and high school teachers who want to improve their teaching skills and educating competences. The courses are on Polish, history, social sciences, biology and life sciences, mathematics teaching and educational issues. The courses take from 20 to 50 hours.
Online courses on practical teaching addressed to teachers of various subjects in all types of schools and at each level of education. They are based on the latest achievements in modern pedagogy with regard to learning process. The applications on behalf of groups of teachers (from 4 to 8 people) shall be submitted by schools. The training courses are held on commercial basis.
Support for professional development of local journalists by improving their competencies through training sessions conducted by experienced journalists of local and national media along with other experts.

One of them is a comprehensive training, mentoring and consulting series that facilitates working out the details of an idea, and designing a coherent project. The second type of support is offered to selected originators who can receive financial support in a total amount of up to PLN 100,000.

The school directors learn how to introduce the change geared to improve effects of learning and teaching. Having completed the basic course, the school can continue at the advanced level, which allows applying for the „Learning Schools” title. The course includes conferences and meetings for school directors, workshop sessions for school staff, as well as online courses and workshops for selected teachers.

Individual work done under the eye of an academic tutor shall result in a scientific article written by the intern.
Over two semesters of supplementing studies at Polish universities, citizens of Ukraine, Belarus, as well as Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kirgizstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, get to know Polish experience in political transformation and European integration. Under individual educational programs, the scholarship holders study selected aspects of economics and management, public administration and business, law, social and political sciences, journalism, NGO management, and management in culture.
