This undertaking is primarily addressed to active participants of various PAFF programs, supporting development of the local leaders’ skills and qualifications necessary to work effectively for the benefit of their communities. NORMAN E. HASLUN III

Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, Secretary to the Board of Directors

Mr. Haslun has served as Secretary, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the Polish-American Freedom Foundation since 2000. Prior to that Mr. Haslun was the Chief Financial Officer of Enterprise Investors, an international venture capital firm based in Warsaw, Poland. In addition to his role at Enterprise Investors, Mr. Haslun served as the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the Polish-American Enterprise Fund

From 2000 to November 2022, Mr. Haslun specialized in providing financial and turnaround advisory services to stakeholders in distressed company situations at FTI Consulting, Capstone Advisory Group and Berkeley Research Group. Since November 2022, Mr. Haslun serves as Principal and CFO of Treo Asset Management, which provides specialist advice and management of tail-end or challenged funds, as either a sub-advisor or a successor investment manager.

Mr. Haslun’s early career included a number of years at Coopers & Lybrand, where he was a member of the financial services practice, specializing in the brokerage industry, and other CPA firms, as well as management of a family business.

Mr. Haslun is a graduate of Northeastern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
