    Chief Operating Officer, Head of the Representative Office in Poland

    He has been the Head of the Polish-American Freedom Foundation’s Representative Office in Poland since August 2005 and, in addition to this role, he was nominated the Foundation’s Chief Operating Officer in November 2022.

    He graduated in Economics of Production at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). He also completed the post-graduate course in Strategic Marketing Management at SGH and a postgraduate course in real estate agency. Additionally, he accomplished various courses and training workshops, including training for candidates to supervisory board membership in a state-owned company (he passed a state exam), and a housing finance seminar at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA.

    He is an expert in management and finance. He started his professional career at the Housing Finance Project Office (Biuro Projektu Finansowania Budownictwa Mieszkaniowego/PADCO). Next, he was the Housing Finance Department Manager at the Polish-American Mortgage Bank (Polsko-Amerykański Bank Hipoteczny S.A.). He has been active on the capital market since 1997, first as an Investment Analyst, and later a Project Director and Investment Director at Trinity Management Sp. z o.o., a company managing the assets of Jupiter NFI S.A. and Pekao Fundusz Kapitałowy Sp. z o.o. He was a member of the supervisory boards of numerous shareholding companies. At present, he is a member of the Bank Millennium S.A. Supervisory Board and Millennium Mortgage Bank S.A. Supervisory Board.

    In the years 2011-2015 he served as a member of the President of Poland’s Team for Financial and Legal Solutions in Social and Civic Activity. He is active in projects aimed at strengthening non-governmental organizations in Poland. He is a co-author of “Dobrze Inwestuj w Dobro!” (“Invest Well in Good!”) publication, among others.
